Dineo Satekge “Dineo” worked at the office of the Chief Justice in 2016 after obtaining her LLB degree. Her duties included but were not limited to doing legal research on certain aspects of the law and compiling opinions for the department.

In 2017 Dineo was employed by Muller Voigt Attorneys as a candidate attorney mainly in the civil department. Her duties included drafting court documents and opinions, attending to motion and action proceedings in magistrate’s court, consulting with clients and counsel. In essence Dineo has vast experience in drafting, preparation for hearings and trial, attending settlement negotiations, researching law and the collation of case law and statutory authorities, appearing in court on various matters, including but not limited to civil matters and protection order applications.

In late 2017 Dineo started attending to criminal court matters and gained vast experience in the field. She appeared in both District and Regional Criminal Courts for bail applications, trials and pleas.

She has completed Practical Legal training and successfully wrote all four of her board exams, she is currently waiting to be admitted as an Attorney of the High Court. 

As from June 2019 she joined the team at AJ Venter and Associates.
